March 2019 Wrap Up

March 2019

What a month.  Everything started out pretty normal and it was shaping up to be a good month.  My daughter decided on a college.  We bought her prom dress.  My reading was going pretty well.  The loss of my husband's job last week has thrown things off for now but we will make things work.

I am linking this post to the Monthly Wrap-Up at Feed Your Fiction Addiction.

My plan to read from rotating categories seems to be working pretty well.  I was hoping for more balance in my reading which I think I have achieved for the most part.

The DNA of You and Me by Andrea Rothman

  1. I didn't do anything on the reading front this week and it is frustrating feeling tired all the time. For April I'm just having a mood reading month to try and kick into gear. I'm keeping everything crossed for Mr Carole to get a new job. *hugs*

  7. Some ups and downs, for sure.
Your reading balance does look good with nearly an even split. It seems to be knocking out several in your challenges and NG/EW accounts, too.

Wishing you a good April, Carole!

  9. It definitely sounds like it was a month of ups and downs and that is... quite a lot to handle! But I am glad for the high moments and hope there is good news on the job front soon. I am glad you read Moxie and I cannot wait to read that one! And yay for being able to read the Patricia Briggs book you got recently so quickly! Especially as you were anticipating it.
