Stacking the Shelves #33

I am really excited to participate in Stacking the Shelves, a weekly meme hosted by Tynga's Reviews

What a week!!  School started back up this week on Thursday which was a hard adjustment to deal with as the week was wrapping up.  This is going to be an extremely busy weekend for my family.  My youngest daughter is turning 16 on Sunday so my house is going to be taken over by teenagers Saturday night to celebrate.  Hopefully, we will have a new driver in the house by next week's post!

Digital Books

Between Now & Never by Laura Johnston (Kindle Freebie)
Wild Things by Jennifer Ashley (Kindle Freebie)

I didn't really spend much time looking for books this week.  I did happen to see a couple of freebies that I decided to grab but I honestly have no idea when I might get to these.

What books do you add to your shelves this week?
Let me know in the comments and be sure to leave a link to your own STS post!

  1. Wow school started already!! We still have a while. Happy Birthday to your daughter!! Enjoy your new books and have a great week!

  2. Happy birthday to your daughter! Here's hoping your night doesn't get TOO dramatic with all those hormones flying around! ;)

Also, enjoy your recent book acquisitions! Here's my Stacking the Shelves, if you're interested in stopping by--no worries if you're not, though! Happy book-ing to you!

  3. Oh yay! Sweet 16! Hope she has a great day! I remember on my Sweet 16 (on the 16th!) I had a cold. So it wasn't very fun! LOL!

Nice new reads! Totally new to me ones but I hope you enjoy them!

My STS post will be up tomorrow, so stop by then if you can!

    Have a GREAT day!

  4. The schools around here have started, too. Back-to-school time always makes me so happy that I’m not a kid. I always hated going back to school after a summer off.

Aj @ Read All The Things!

  5. Can't believe that school has started where you live. i got the Laura Johnston freebie as well. Have a wonderful weekend.

  6. I hope your house is intact after the party! I managed to get some reading done today during Olympics events and hope to fit in another hour tonight if I'm lucky. I get too stressed watching sport!!! Have a good weekend!

  7. Whew! School, party and a new driver. No wonder you didn't have book time. :) Hope it all goes well, Carole! Have a good week.

  8. Oooo... Thanks for the Kindle freebies heads-up. I just added some new books to my TBR pile. :)

I hope you enjoy both of your books, and that the teens don't drive you crazy. Haha.
